How do I order something in a different colour?
As my products are handmade if you would like something made for you in a different colour or size then do not hesitate to message me through my Bespoke contact page or email enquiries@iftonknits.co.uk

How much is the delivery cost?
All delivery costs are free. Each order is sent using Royal Mail 48-hour tracking.

How long is the delivery time?
Once your order has been received it may take between 10-14 days for delivery as many of my products are handmade. Some products are always available so will have a quicker delivery. If due to unexpected circumstances the delivery is delayed, you will be notified.

I would like to exchange or return my order for a refund?
I hope you are happy with your purchase, but should you wish to exchange an item, I am happy to accept returns within 21 days of you receiving your order. All returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. It is recommended that if you choose to return an item send it tracked. This will be more secure should it be lost in the post, and you will know when it has been received. If you do wish to return an item, then please message through the contact page or by emailing returns@iftonknits.co.uk
