Ifton Knits produces a range of handmade knitted products, including ladies, men’s and children’s hand knitted hats, scarves and gloves and baby blankets. More ranges will be added.You can order from the main website or contact me to place bespoke order made to your requirements.
This website is owned by Ifton Knits trading as Ifton Knits. When using this site, placing an order or placing a bespoke order, you are indicating you are accepting and agreeing to the policies, terms and conditions below.
Ifton Knits holds the rights to make alterations to the site when seen fit.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item, we are happy to accept returns for refund or an exchange within 21 days of you receiving your order. All returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. It is recommended that if you choose to return an item send it tracked. This will be more secure should it be lost in the post, and you will know when it has been received. If you do wish to return an item, then please message through the contact page or by emailing returns@iftonknits.co.uk to notify us of your return and for the return address. If unfortunately, you wish to return an item due to a fault then please contact first to discuss the fault, so it can be rectified
Any returned item must still be in perfect re-saleable condition with tags attached. All reduced sale and bespoke items are non-refundable. We aim to process all returns within 5-7 business days.

Orders
Ifton Knits treat each order individually with upmost care to ensure you receive high quality item. All orders are acknowledged by email. All orders must be fully paid for upon ordering, before being sent. If deemed necessary Ifton Knits reserves the rights at any time during the order to cancel all or part of your order. Should this occur, you will be informed by email.
Payments
Paypal, lf requested a BACS transfer can be arranged for bespoke orders.
Privacy Policy
Ifton Knits will always protect your Privacy and never share details with a Third Party.
Prices
The prices shown for each item are payable upon ordering. Ifton Knits reserves the right to alter prices should there be any increases in suppliers or manufacturing costs, if this does affect you at the time of placing an order you will be contacted by email.
Delivery
Upon receiving your order, as many of my products are made to order please allow 10 – 14 days for delivery. Some products will be in stock so could be delivered sooner. Should for any reason, that the delivery date cannot be meet you will be emailed with a new date.
Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday excluding Bank holidays.
